• The store URL you paste into the tool (used only to fetch that store's public product data and generate your CSV file).

• To provide the import/export service you requested.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.

The CSV files you generate are created on demand in your browser and are kept on our server only temporarily so you can download them; they are deleted automatically after a short time. We do not read, sell or share the product data you export. We do not ask for or store any Shopify login credentials.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (for example Shopify stores you choose to import). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your rights
